R & D Studies
The R & D Department operating within the organization of Fenis Teknik conducts its activities in 3 major groups.
Activities conducted for the purpose of raising the quality and performance of the present products and processes.
On this subject, the Department conducts studies related to developing radiators and solar collectors in collaboration with the production section. It also conducts studies on increasing the performance of the processes related to production of selective-surface plates used in solar collectors.
- Studies conducted for the purpose of developing new products
A portion of these projects have been supported by TİDEP. (For example, the inhibitor production for the purpose of protecting aluminium from corrosion). As a result of this project, products both in the form of capsules and fluid have been developed to protect the radiators and solar collectors. These products developed have eliminated both the dependence of the company to external sources and also reduced costs.
Support from TİDEP is requested for the project presently carried out for producing solar collectors with Selective-surface at a lower cost.
- Studies conducted for chemical and electrochemical polishing of aluminium surfaces and creation of other decorative looking layers, the surface processing before powder painting, reducing the costs of preliminary finishing works in eloxal process, and processing of waste water.
